The apartment, just fully restored, is located at the ground floor in a quiet street of Rione Monti, one of the more ancient of Rome, just between Fori Imperiali and Quirinale hill.
The entrance is from a nice little courtyard, just after the front door of the building.
In the apartment there are tree rooms: two living-rooms, one with table and chairs and one with television set; both have double sofa-bed, and from the second one it’s possible to get out to the street. From the second living-room it’s possible to go, trough a spiral staircase, to the third room, in which there is a king size bed.
The two living-room are connected by a corridor, in which the are: a small fully equipped kitchen with dishwashmachine and a bathroom with shower; a second bathroom with a shower is in front of the second living-room.
The apartment is airconditioned, has phone and ADSL connection.
