Going up the stairs you enter a small living room furnished with table, chairs, a cupboard and a sofa where one or two people can sleep. Along the corridor, on the right, there is a small kitchen, the bathroom and a twin bedroom with a wardrobe. From the windows you have a wonderful sight on the sea and the environments. Down the stairs, a shower and a washbasin are available.

Everything is new and comfortable.

From the portico you can look at the sea which is reachable after walking for about 60 meters across the Mediterranean Maquis where, half way, a nice kiosk is placed. Here one can sit, have a drink, eat and dance in the night.

This is a welknown place for international windsurf racings. There are boats for rent, a diving centre, wind surf service and 15 km far a golf club.
