On the front of the house there is a 80 square metres large terrace with patio. On the ground floor there is a very large living room with a gallery and fireplace, the kitchen, and the dining room - also with fireplace. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Ground Floor
The front side of the house is completely covered by glass and open to the patio.

There is a direct exit to the patio from the dining room and from the living room.
The big living room is realized as a gallery and has an open fireplace and a kitchen bar.

The second bedroom - the large Guest bedroom which measures 24 sq m about - is light brown coloured, with yellow stripes and has direct access to the bathroom with shower and to the dressing-room. A double and a single bed can sleep 3 people.
