The Trees House is an ancient farmhouse with swimmingpool (14 x 7 m.) located in open, peacefully country, in walking distance from Bolsenas' lake, and 1 km. from Capodimonte, a nice little town on the lake.
Three comfortable apartments have been made out of this farmhouse built in the 1920' s and recently restored. They have been furnished in accordance with taste for tradition and provided with all the comforts of modern hospitality.
Terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, old style and old furniture perfectly restored, forged iron beds, television set in each apartment and bathrooms with shower.
The parking is covered.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, with entrance from the private garden.
The livingroom consists of a very spacious sitting room with a dining area with a wooden dining table with space for 6, old sideboard and furniture perfectly restored and comfortable cushioned chairs and sofas, one of which can be made up into a double bed and another into a single bed.
The kitchen is in the corner of the living room.
A double bedroom is furnished with a lovely iron bed frame, commode, bedside a substantial ancient armoire.

The apartment, on the first floor with private stair, is air conditioned.

In walking distance from the house, on the lake of Bolsena, 2 canoes and a small sailing boat assure active free time (free, on reservation). The lazy people can reach with a mountain bike (available free to the guests) the private beach, equipped with beach armchairs to relax under a sun umbrella .
Free products from the small kitchen garden are available.
Mountain bike are available at 5 euro per day.
Shore appliance, canoeing, sailing and motorboat on the lake at very low tariff.
Tennis, horse riding, restaurants and supermarket are in the max distance of one km.
