Cicero Houses, few metres from the beach of Vindicio, in the middle of the Gaeta Gulf, is a modern villa built in the 70's. It consists of eigth apartments , 4 of which are offered for holiday rental: 2 large and 2 small
THE SMALL
Large living with 2 sofabed with normal size mattress, one of which has a normal size, comfortable drawer-bed.
The kitchenette is opened into the livingroom and a short corridor leads to the bathroom with shower and the double bedroom.
Out the living room a small private court with table, benches, and armchairs for relaxing in open air.
Perfect for families with small children.
Between the kitchenette and the bathroom there is a closet and a small warderobe. The real entrance is on the back, from the parking. The garden is shared, with a barbecue and a bread oven.
THE LARGE
Entrance from the shared garden on the terrace. The large living has two steps in the middle, separating the dining from the sitting area.
The kitchen is in a seoarate room, and in the living there is a door to a half bath with shower. A second terrace with a small sink has access from both the kitchen and the dining area.
From the living room a staircase leads to the first floor where there are the master bedroom with its terrace and a double and a twin bedroom, with their shared second terrace.
The bathroom has bath and shower.
In the garden a shared barbecue is available.
From the shared garden access to the terrace through 4 steps and a small gate. On the terrace table with chairs and beach chairs.
IMPORTANT
These apartments are available for weekly rental in the months of May and September, not less than 2 weeks in June/July/August.
To be noticed that the property is located on the main road that connects Formia to Gaeta.
