Borgo Pio is that Roman district close to the Vatican, the biggest part of which was distroyed in the 30th to built that large monumental Via Della Conciliazione which leads from Castel Sant'Angelo (fomer Hadrian Emperor Mausoleum and then Pope's fortress) to St Peter square.
The area is rich of bar, trattorias, groceries and small boutiques, and the life ellapses quietly, reflecting the behaviour of the real romans who still live there.
Casa Linda is a two rooms very quiet apartment, just restored.
A corridor, on which a small but equipped kitchenette faces, leads from the entrance to the two rooms.
On the right the spacious double bedroom has two separate beds, bed tables, chest of drawers and a puff.
On the left the living room has a dining corner for 4 and a sofa bed with a second chest bed, with two comfortable mattresses 20 cms thick.
