Heating
Cancellation policy:
1. Should you cancel the reservation 90 or more days before the rental period commences, there will be no cancellation charge.
2. Should you cancel the reservation between 89 and 60 days, inclusive, before the rental period commences, the cancellation charge will be 30 % of the total rental for the period reserved.
3. Should you cancel the reservation between 59 and 30 days, inclusive, before the rental period commences, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total rental for the period reserved.
4. Should you cancel the reservation less than 30 days before the rental period commences, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total rental for the period reserved.

30% at reservation not refundable; 70% 8 weeks before arrival
