Dominated by a medieval village, this ancient farmouse, full of relaxed and romantic atmosphere, is near the edge of a luxuriant valley covered by forests and is encircled by a 6.000 sq m land, covered in part by the forest, or by young olive trees on the steep slope, part around to the house.

A clock is not needed because the bell tower of the village ring in distance the hours, half hours and the quarters, replacing in natural way the clock.
The main building is the old small farm with annexed stable while the other, on the opposite side of the garden in front of the house, consists in a livingroom with equipped porch.
The small farm is composed from two bodies: one on one floor, built in stone, and the other on two floors.
The lower part contains two bedrooms, a double and a bunk bedroom, both not very large but pleasantly living, a sitting room with fireplace, a bathroom with shower and a very small kitchen.
An iron stair leads up in a room open onto the sitting room - with low ceiling and a large window - where it is possible to have use of one or two camp beds for children.
The part on two floors consists of an entrance room that is linked with the sitting room from one side while on the other side a small arch masks the access to the stone staircase which leads to the double bedroom with bathroom (with shower) on the upper floor.
On the two sides of the house two large wood beamed (and masonry) porches can accommodate a dinner "al fresco"
The house has independent heating.
The second building, a former stone lemon house, is a 25 sq m living room with sofa bed and a big fireplace, with a 16 sq m porch, under which there are a bread oven, a stove, a fridge and a sink.
The lemon house also is equipped with independent heating system so that can be used independently from the heating of the main house.
It is a pleasant place to stay out in the garden and can also sleep one or two people.
A 13 x 6 metres swimmingpool has been just constructed in August 2004.
