The ground floor consists of a large living room with 3 sofas for 7 people, fireplace, a table with chairs for 6-8 seats and sideboard, all in a good country style.
A door opens to the half bath and another to the fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer with drawers, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.
A short corridor leads to a bathroom with bath, a double bedroom with ensuite little single bedroom (good for a child) and a twin bedroom in which there is a library converting to a third bed that can be brought into the living room.
Each room has one or more French windows to the garden, all protected with iron gates.

A staircase leads to the gallery on the first floor where there are a single bed and the door of the master bedroom which is a suite with double bed, 2 sofas, table with chairs and en suite bathroom with shower.
On the front of the villa there is a portico, beach umbrellas, deck chairs and table with chairs for a dinner "al fresco".
On the back of the house is a large portico with table and benches for a lunch in the shade. The swimming pool 10x5 m is located in elevated position on the back of the house. It is fully equipped with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas.
