The Villa is built on 2 levels for a total of 240 sq m.
On the ground floor is the large living room with fireplace, Biedermaier furnitures, cotto sculptures (Impruneta) a sfinge, English lions, an antique cover under-saddle from Tibet, saddlebacks, pictures, plants.
On one side there is access to a suite made of a double bedroom with a kitchenette corner, washing machine and en-suite bathroom with shower.
From the bedroom a French window open under the portico on the front of the house, furnished with table and chairs.
On the first floor a large living room with open space kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, hobs and oven.
A long narrow table for quick meals is in front of the kitchenette.
Through an arch window you'll enjoy the superb sight of the hilly territory in front.
From each of the opposite sides of the living room there is access to two double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (one with bath and the other with shower).
The beautiful garden is full of trees and flowers: almond tree, cypresses, the great secular oak and others. It is well lighted in the night.
The villa has a 9x4 m swimming pool (opened from 15th May to 30th September) located on a wide natural terrace under the villa, close to the horses fence.
In the swimming pool the sun shines from 7 in the morning till 8 in the evening and the water is up to 30 Celsius.
At side of the swimming pool a large BBQ, a sink, table, chairs and a beach Umbrella, parking for 2 cars.

The natural park of Tevere is 5 km far.
