The house is surrounded by 7000 sqm of garden with pines and oleanders, orchard with fruit trees and parking area.

The house develops on two levels. The ground floor consists of 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms a dining room, a large kitchen with a fireplace and a large living-room, with a high ceiling, a fireplace and a dining area for 8 people.

A comfortable staircase leads to the first floor, consisting in one double bedroom , a bathroom and a small terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of Mount Soracte.

On the southern side of the house, there is a large covered paved area, with table-tennis and a gas cooker.

At the front of the house, both on the terrace and in the garden, there are deck-chairs, beach-umbrellas, chairs and three tables; you can enjoy the sunshine and the open air while reading or eating.

The villa is well-kept and fully furnished . It is provided with fridge/freeze, washing-machine, 2 TV sets, barbecue, table-tennis, garden furniture.
