Mario's Villa is a very comfortable and spacious villa with a Dependance.
The English-speaking owners maintain their private small office on the side of the house.
The garden is on three levels.
On the second lower garden is the 13 m swimming pool flanked by a large porch fully equipped with built-in-wall barbecue, a gas kitchen on wheels, a four m table made of a single piece of wood.
MARIO'S VILLA (sleeps 7+2)
From the gated front paved yard you enter into the large foyer of the villa opening, through two arches, into the dining - living room. The area is spacious, lumimous, with ten windows, some of which very large, and French doors leading onto the first level garden from one side and from the other side onto the terrace with a wonderful view on the park.
Comfortable sofas and arm chairs, fire place, books and pictures, a piano and antiques create a very friendly atmosphere
On the same level there are a bonus room with a double sofa bed, from which there is access to the sleeping area where a corridor leads to two double and a single bedrooms. There is a large wardrobe in the corridor and a door open to the bathroom with bath, up and down shower and two sinks. The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher and washing machine are in the large larder.
From the ground floor a wooden stair climbes up to the mezzanine on first and last floor where the masters' bedroom give a sense of privacy to dad & mamy, with a large bathroom with bath, double sinks and extra large shower, a dressing corridor and a large terrace with two hammocks.
Mario's Villa is comfortable and friendly ideal for a relaxing holiday in the countryside of Rome.
GUESTHOUSE (2+2)
On the rear of the house there is a second parking and a small wooden gate opens into the garden of the Dependance, sleeps 2+2 which takes up, in full privacy, the lower floor of Mario's Villa.
The entrance is directly from the garden, where, on a small paved area, you can enjoy your breakfast "en plain air". You get directly into a spacious sitting room furnished with comfortable cushioned chairs and sofas, one of which can be made up into a double, very comfortable bed.
From the living room you get into the dining room with a wooden dining table for 6 to 8 people, a sideboard and a small armoire. An arch divides the open plan, fully equipped kitchen, from the dining room.
A small box room separates the kitchen area from the bathroom (with bath and up and down handle shower).
From the dining room a door leads into a large double bedroom decorated with stucco , furnished with English antiques and with a large window and a French window direct access onto the garden and a splendid sight on the woods in the valley.
Set on top of a hill, surrounded by a large well kept garden, few km from Rome, on the border of a small public forest and lake, l’Infiorata is a great starting place for any day trip on the north of Rome.

THE LOCATION
Mario's Villa is 23 km from the centre of Rome and about 15 minute drive from two train stations. One line runs into the Vatican in 20 min. and the second one into Flaminio square and "Piazza del Popolo" (the centre of Rome).
