The villa is a two stores construction in red bricks.
The front door opens into a large living room which has a big fireplace.
Through a large French window there is the exit to a large 70 sq m terrace well furnished and equipped with a barbecue, facing the mount Circeo.
Close to the living room, the big and kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, major fridge with freezer and a minor one for drinks.
The gas stove has electric oven.
Besides the living room there is a twin bed room and a small bathroom with shower.
A wooden staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor.
The double bedroom has en suite bathroom with bath and private terrace, the second bedroom has 3 beds and en suite bathroom with shower.
Both the rooms have a beautiful sight of the fields and the mountain of San Felice al Circeo.
The Guesthouse is in the basement. It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a livingroom with kitchenette corner and a bathroom with bath.
The guesthouse is available from May till end of September and will not be rented when the villa will be. Outdoor the furnished garden.
