A gate protect the residential area in which is located the villa. Large parking and lawns around the street that leads to the villas, where children can bike safe.
The access from the gate of the villa is shared with the owners, a kind couple that lives in the villa.
They speak French, Portuguese and - the owner is an American gentleman - a fluent english.
Through a small path and stone steps between bushes and flower, at side of the villa you will reach Countryside, its guesthouse, that is on the ground level, on the opposit side of the building.
Under a large porch 2 french doors face: one give access to the double bedroom and the other to the living room that is not linked inside to the rest of the apartment.
The porch is for private use to the guests, so the privacy results very good.
From the double bedroom a short corridor gives access to the bathroom and to a single bedroom, both with a small window under the roof.
The living room, equipped with Air Conditioning, is very large, has a well equipped kitchenette on one side, with fridge,freezer and oven, a table with chairs for 6 and a comfortable double sofabed.
Spacious wardrobes are in each bedroom.
The washing machine is in a small half bath that ensures privacy both to the couple that sleeps there and to the occupants of the other two bedrooms.
But the real living area is the porch that, enriched by 3 beautiful bouganvilleas and flowers can be a nice place for a breakfast or where to sip your glass of wine, or for your dinner "al fresco", or for a match at the tennis table.
The garden is taken with particular care by the owner. The lawn, thick and regular, hosts beach umbrella and sun beds. Around the swimming pool the levanders fill the air with their scent and anice gazebo with table and chairs is another convenient place where to relax.
